Error- Cannot Open Microsoft Edge Using Built-In Administrator

Well the frustrating part when you would like to use Microsoft Edge (browser) to surf on Windows Server 2016 TP5 is encounter an error message "This app can't open! Microsoft Edge can't be opened using the Built in Administrator account". Currently this virtual machine is not domain join.

[Resolution]

• Open Local Security Policy | Local Policies | Security Options
• On User Account Control Admin Approval Mode for the Built in Administrator Account
• Set to Enabled

• Disable UAC by setting to Never Notify

Lastly reboot and test again. After this, you would able to use Microsoft Edge on workgroup computer.
