Error 12700 - VMM cannot complete the Hyper V operation on the server because of the error VM failed to add device 'Microsoft Virtual CD/DVD Disk'

a) On the share folder of the library shares which contained the ISO image, add "Authenticated Users" with the Read permission on NTFS and share folder.
