Error - WinRM Service cannot process the Request Because the Request needs to be sent to a different machine

 Encountered an error when adding on-prem exchange server using Veeam Backup for O365.

[Resolution]

You need to enable basic authentication.

1. Go to Exchange Administrative Center

2. Click on server | Virtual Directories | Powershell

3. Enable basic authentication

Try add again the organization.
