SCVMM 2008- Cluster reserve node -"Over committed"

I've received warning on the cluster reserve node which stated "Over committed" after adding cluster host to SCVMM 2008 R2. But all the node cluster reported the status "OK". Therefore, i've seek Microsoft expertise and they has provided good explanation about Cluster Reserve Node.

Here is the explanation provide by Microsoft which i would like to share:-
Analysis:
1. A cluster reserve for each host cluster specifies the number of node failures a cluster must be able to sustain while still supporting all virtual machines deployed on the host cluster.

2. If the cluster cannot withstand the specified number of node failures and still keep all of the virtual machines running, the cluster is placed in an Over-Committed state. For more information, please check the following link.

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc764243(printer).aspx

According to this analysis, I would recommend the following action to resolve this “over-committed” alert.

Suggestions:
Please decrease “Cluster reserve (nodes)”, for example “0” and the alert should be disappear.

I would also recommend to check all cluster nodes and ensure they all have enough reserved resource

Based on the suggestion given,
a)i have tested to provide extra resources to node cluster (example:increase more RAM). The Warning "Over-committed" dissappear.
b) Set to 0, the warning "Over-committed" also dissapear.

Hope this information is useful.
